I struggled with my weight my entire young life. At my heaviest weight I weight 311 pounds and had high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and struggled to tie my shoes or even get out of bed in the morning. After years of ups and downs I was finally at my breaking point and decided I needed to change no matter what. I started walking every day, and paid attention to my body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and managed to lose the weight and have kept it off! I'm hoping I can encourage others who have found it a challenge to get their weight under control to experience the same life-changing success I have had and improve their quality of life and health.
