Hey there! My name is John and after a lifetime of being overweight and struggling with my eating habits, I finally managed to change my habits and lost 130 pounds! And I just want to share my experiences with you and hopefully offer you some motivation!
​​​​I struggled with my weight my entire young life. At my heaviest weight I weighed 311 pounds and had high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and struggled to tie my shoes or even get out of bed in the morning. After years of ups and downs I was finally at my breaking point and decided I needed to change no matter what. I started walking every day, and paid attention to my body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and managed to lose the weight and have kept it off! I'm hoping I can encourage others who have found it a challenge to get their weight under control to experience the same life-changing success I have had and improve their quality of life and health.​

I'm not selling a weight loss program. I'm not pushing weight loss meds or any special diet food or fitness products. I just want to share my experience with others so that they might be able to make similar changes to their habits and improve their quality of life. There was no special diet or magic cure... just changing my mindset and relationship with food and making positive changes I could stick to. If you're struggling with your weight like I was, I hope I can help encourage you.
